Ah yes, the common cold!

As I mentioned in my post yesterday, I think I have a cold coming on.., it’s now been well and truly confirmed. I woke up this morning feeling a little less than human. Doh! So much for this evening. So much for exercise. So much for sweating it out at the gym last night.

Maybe I should just go and sweat it out tonight??? I could go and do Body Step followed by Body Balance – or one or the other…

No, not an excuse not to go to the gym – but a real question – should I? Or is that asking for trouble?
